Prenatal Fitness

Preparing for Birth is a live and on-demand prenatal program that is redefining the way women approach fitness during pregnancy. By combining elements of pelvic floor and core rehabilitation with aspects of strength and yoga, this program offers a holistic, fulfilling, and unparalleled fitness experience for women who want to stay active throughout pregnancy, feel confident and prepared for delivery, and gain a readiness to embrace the fourth trimester. The program includes live classes, educational workshops, guided meditation tracks, and bonus workout challenges, because we believe in making prenatal health accessible for every mama.

Postnatal Healing

Heal with Hayley is a 4-month strength, yoga, and pelvic floor program. This program is designed to start 1 week after birth and guides you through a two-part series: 1) Restore Your Core & Pelvic Floor and 2) Rediscover Your Plank & Return to Run. Classes are on-demand and range from 10-20 minutes in length 3-4x/week. This program runs on a monthly subscription basis, so you can join at any time in your postpartum journey and begin at the level that suits you.

Yoga Classes

Join me on the mat with my signature series: Melt, Illuminate, and Ignite. Enjoy additional classes in my new Rehab Series: 10-15 minute classes designed to improve mobility and function in specific focus areas of the body.
