Preparing for Birth is a prenatal health and fitness program that is changing the way women workout during pregnancy and the way they prepare for delivery.

My classes blend pelvic floor and core health, Pilates-based strength, and prenatal yoga for an unparalleled fitness experience. My classes deliver real results while keeping your pelvic floor and core safe during pregnancy, because regular workouts do not cut it!

Heal with Hayley: Postnatal Fitness and Recovery

Heal with Hayley is a 4-month postnatal recovery program with classes that blend strength, yoga, and pelvic floor health. This program guides you through a two-part series:

1) Restore Your Core & Pelvic Floor

2) Rediscover Your Plank & Return to Run.
