Seven days of focused labour and birth preparation with active and educational classes designed to help minimize perineal tearing and pelvic floor injury, improve the progression of labour using optimal body biomechanics and breathing, and maximize your postpartum recovery.

Heal with Hayley


A guided 16-week postnatal recovery program with 3 classes per week focused on pelvic floor and core healing, postural and mobility training, and a return to pre-pregnancy exercise including running and jumping.

Birth is like a marathon — preparation and training can prevent injury and improve recovery.

Labour and birth can be 3-6x longer than the average time it takes to run a marathon. Just like you wouldn’t put your body through a marathon without training for months in advance, labour and birth is a major event with better outcomes for your body and mind when you take the time to prepare beforehand.

  • When you sign up, you will automatically be enrolled in The PFB Method (prenatal fitness program) to start. This program is 24 weeks long. You will also receive a special code to activate your 7-Day Birth Course and Heal with Hayley (postnatal recovery) memberships when you are ready. You can start the 7-Day Birth Course anytime and you will have access to the materials for one year once activated. You can activate your Heal with Hayley membership anytime after birth as long as it is within 2 years of purchasing bump-to-baby — this program runs for 16 weeks.
