“This program truly has it all and Hayley is so wonderful to work with. I had a difficult pregnancy and birth experience with my first that left me with pelvic floor issues. I was also diagnosed with diastasis that made it hard to get my body back. During my second pregnancy, I joined PFB and it made a HUGE difference. The workouts are so much fun, the workshops taught me things about preparing my pelvic floor for birth that I wasn't aware of, and it helped resolve the diastasis from my previous pregnancy.
