Hayley O’Hara

MScPT, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist

Welcome to Pelvic Goddess

My name is Hayley and I am a Registered Physiotherapist with a special focus in Pelvic Health and Perinatal Care. I began my studies at the University of Toronto in 2012, majoring in Human Biology and Physiology. After my undergraduate, I stayed at the University of Toronto to complete my Master of Science in Physical Therapy.

My journey in Pelvic Health began in the first year of my Masters — I had a strong passion for women’s health and joined the Women’s Health Division (WHD) of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA). It was during my time there that I was introduced to the field of Pelvic Health. I went on to complete specialized internships in Pelvic Health in both private practice as well as the TAPMI and Breast Cancer clinics at Women’s College Hospital.

“I have extensive experience working with women from conception to birth to help prepare them for labour and delivery and helping them to restore function in their core and pelvic floor muscles after their baby arrives.”

After my Masters, I was given the honour of staying on the WHD executive, where I went on to become Newsletter Editor for 2 years. I continued to complete advanced courses in Pelvic Health and Perinatal care and my practice grew to consist of mothers throughout all stages of their journey.

I have extensive experience working with women from conception to birth to help them prepare for labour and delivery and helping them to restore function in their core and pelvic floor muscles after their baby arrives.

I am currently practicing in Toronto and I offer both in-person and virtual Physiotherapy and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy.

I’m here for you.

My ultimate goal is to empower you, to help bring you self-awareness, confidence, the motivation to move, and the knowledge to make decisions towards becoming the best version of you.

this is the sign you’ve been looking for.
