Welcome! My name is Hayley and I am a Registered Physiotherapist with a special focus in Pelvic Health and Perinatal Care. I am on a mission to transform the way pelvic health is practiced by blending pelvic floor therapy, yoga, and wellness. I am here to help you feel your absolute best throughout every stage of motherhood — from conception to birth and postpartum, your health and fitness goals are my priority.

Pelvic Goddess was inspired by my journey through yoga teacher training after finishing my degree in Physiotherapy. I saw how the psychological and physiological benefits of yoga could extend so beautifully into pelvic health, and how the practice of yoga could be used in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction. My goal is to transform the way pelvic health is practiced by giving it a role in our daily wellness rituals, on and off the mat.
